Ensure all provided materials are owned or licensed by you
Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes

Failure to meet responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

5. Revisions and Edits

Once final approval is given, any further changes will be treated as a new task or project.

6. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable
Final payment is required before transfer of ownership or full access to the live site
All invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may result in delays or service suspension

Refunds will only be considered for unrendered services and at BeSeen’s discretion

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of BeSeen
After full payment, you are granted rights to use the final deliverables for your business
BeSeen retains the right to showcase your project in its portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing

You may not resell or redistribute our work without permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our work may rely on third-party platforms such as:

Wix (site builder, hosting)
Google Analytics
Fonts, stock images, or plugins

BeSeen is not responsible for issues related to third-party service outages, pricing changes, or policy updates.

9. Website Maintenance & Support

Unless included in your package, ongoing maintenance, updates, or technical support after project handover are not guaranteed and may incur separate charges.

10. Limitation of Liability
